Alastair Gray

Alastair is a chartered Quantity Surveyor and qualified adjudicator with extensive experience in the resolution of disputes, with over 30 years of experience in construction across a broad range of international building and civil engineering, oil and gas projects. He has been based in the United Arab Emirates for the last 18 years and has worked extensively throughout the region, prior to which he was based in the UK, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan and Malaysia.
Alastair has been appointed to act as Expert Witness relating to Quantum matters on many occasions and has undergone cross-examination in arbitral and adjudication proceedings. Alastair has been appointed to provide Independent Expert Determinations across a range of industries. He also has extensive experience in the management of litigation, arbitration and adjudication proceedings in the Middle East, Far East and Australia, both for claimants and respondents.
